“Great system for arrival and key drop and even easier on return an d collection.
Frequent shuttles to airport which only takes about 10 minutes.
A lot less expensive than on aiport parking, will definitely use APH again.”
“My family were waiting at the bus stop whilst I checked in. The bus arrived during this process and rather than wait another 2 minutes, it departed. The electronic board says every 20-25 minutes. The lady said. At this point, we had 2.5 hours til flight time so we decided on a cab for the 4.5 miles (cost £11) instead of waiting from 15-25 minutes. Fine. On return, at 12.30am, the queue at our bus too was at least 2 perhaps 3 bus loads long. The bus came and went. If the buses were arriving every 15 minutes, we’d likely have to wait half an hour at the very minimum. Perhaps up to an hour. So again, realising that the free shuttle wasn’t worth our time, we jumped into a black taxi to the car park. At the cost of £28. So, although “cheaper” in principle, be prepared to wait around. Otherwise we’ve paid an additional £40 on top of our parking. I have to say though, the check in and check out process was smooth. The staff were to hand to assist and the car was well looked after, they just need to add another bus to cut waiting time, and a live countdown board would also be helpful”
“My only complaint is when we returned to our car it was parked so close to other vehicles it was impossible to get out. Luckily a car behind us moved so by making at least 10 maunovers we managed to get out. If they had not returned we wouldn't have been able to get the car out.. otherwise great service.”
“Came out of Arrivals to find a queue two bus-loads long. Disorderly due to the late arrival of buses and no room to line up that many people, especially when it was raining. Bus drivers did not seem to know how to calm them or how to quickly and efficiently load the bus or whether there was a special assistance policy.”
