“Straightforward drop off. Bus transfer to airport easy and right next to drop off. Return journey was also straightforward and quick. Would definitely recommend.”
“Though entry was very simple, almost immediately our booking wasn’t recognised by the system. Took a while for somebody to actually confirm (even with me showing the confirmation!)
All was fine until our return at just before midnight. Though my car has keyless entry, I could see it had been left unlocked for 10 days (thanks for that!) and that the ignition had been left switched on! This of course had comprehensively drained the battery and I was left trying to bump start the car in the dark, with the help of a couple of other returning holidaymakers. This failed and after a while a guy turned to to jump start me (the only reasonable part of the whole parking experience).
Though I understand that all cars are different, I’d suggest employing some staff who understand how keyless entry systems work!
I was not happy and as a result would not use this parking service again.”
“Easy to find APH (Airparks) Luton. Easy to park and we did not have long to wait for courtesy bus which dropped us at the front of the terminal. Same coming back, the bus was no more than 10 minutes wait. My car keys were waiting in a locker. Very easy”
