Key pick up is done by scanning your ticket and the screen shows which row your car is in and then the box with keys opens up.. The only problem I had was my key card is kept in a pouch and it jammed the key box so struggled to reclaim my key.
Found the car and drove out the exit..
Have used APH on several occasions at different airports and never had a problem. Would definitely recommend.”
