We had to wait 40 minutes for the bus, then the bus was overloaded and had to stand in the aisle with the driver thinking he was on a race track
Surely another bus should be made available and drivers should consider the passengers standing, instead they are racing too and from the parking as quick as possible”

Park your car, check the key in and get on the bus to the airport.
On the way back jump on the bus, scan your ticket and your key pops out with the location of where it is parked on the screen and then you go home.
