“Quick drop off and even quicker collection. Situated in a small village close to all major routes around Luton airport. One tip get there early as the drive to the airport was rammed with traffic - thats not the fault of APH”
“Signage to the site wasn’t the clearest, as I didn’t know it was an air parks site. The aph logo on the board was tiny and sat nav took me to the next carpark down, I.e. not the correct one.
Service was great, to the airport, service back was good but bus was over packed. All seats taken and 15+ standing at 2am.”
“Always used APH, and found them highly professional. Sadly not th3 case at APH Drop and Go Luton. The drop off and pick up was fine ( highly automated but seems to work).
2 issues - car was filthy on my return (parked in a field), but not a big problem. Bigger issue was my car had either hit or been hit on the front number plate (tow bar?). This had pushed out the bumper on both sides. Luckily could push back in, but hardly ideal.”
“The process to book was easy the arrival instructions confusing , the location challenging to find … the person who received me in booking was the only good experience he was helpful and polite. My real issue is with the person driving the shuttle he was rude , hostile energy unfriendly …. The instructions for exit were also unclear .. and in need of an update.”
