“The drop off, pick up and transfers were very efficient, however our flight was cancelled and we had to rebook for 3 days later. We were unable to contact Airparks in order to collect the car to get home and back. There was no option to speak to anyone. Eventually we got through to customer service who said we had to contact APH as we had booked through you. When we called it went to voicemail as it was out of office hours. We had to get a taxi home and back 3 days later costing us £150.”
“The only reason why I will not recommend is because of how bad the transfer buses' drivers drive. Both ways the speed was high and manoeuvring was appalling, so one of the suitcases flew off the shelf and hit badly my foot.”
