“Arrived early, but check in was easy and very clear instructions. Transfer to airport was good, very clean coach for the short transfer. On return in early hours, short wait for coach, 3 or 4 mins,then back to collect car, picked keys up from automatic dispenser which also gave clear instructions where your car was parked.
Used this car park 4 or 5 times,never a problem.”

“When we got back from our holiday at 1am we waited for over 20 minutes for a bus and by then there were so many people and there was absolute chaos pushing to get into the bus. As a family we were split up because of people pushing that for our safety, we had to get a taxi, which cost us £30! There were so many children who were exhausted, they should have been given priority.”
