“Quick process getting booked in, parked easily, bus quick to airport. Upon our return bus was waiting at front door, so easy and quick, but when we tried to leave the barrier machine £155, I was so stressed, caused carnage, had to reverse and call support centre, I gave details about payment and booking reference. I was told to go back to barrier and press help, and they would lift barrier. This process wasn't straight forward as it should have been.”
“Easily found car park and parking space. Short bus journey to the airport. All in all, very good. Only issue I had, was following the email confirmation, it says number plate will be read and ticket issued automatically. If no ticket issued, press for assistance. Hold on to your ticket as you will need this to exit. We pressed the buzzer many times, got no reply and eventually just drove on without ticket. It would appear you don't actually get one as we drove out with no issues. If this is the case, perhaps you could amend your confirmation email to save any confusion.”
“I had to extend my stay by a day. Number for the airport parking given by APH was out of service. No number on airport parking website. Dealt with by compter assistant from APH- useless. Then APH emailed saying that was the number they had. When I left the car park they wanted me to pay £50 for one extra day- w had paid £75 for nearly 2 weeks. Not goog”
“Great carpark to use if your going away. Number plate recognition to lift the barrier to let you in. Once I parked the car there was a free shuttle bus there to pick us up within a couple of minutes to drop us off at the airport. On our return we only had another couple of minutes wait on the bus to take us back to the carpark. Excellent service for anyone looking to leave their car whilst on holiday.”
