Our APH reservation was not registered with NCP for number plate recognition. We had to discuss with the help centre at the barrier who had no record of our booking. On confirming we were at the correct car park he told us to pull a ticket and would need to sort it again on exit. On trying to leave on our return the barrier still did not recognise the car and we discussed again the booking details with the call centre who let us out eventually. Stressful we may have had to pay again but in the end was resolved ok. Room for improvement.

After my holiday went to pick up the car which was precooked and paid for. On trying to exit they wanted to charge me £125 and after a 10 minute conversation and proof of Mr prebooking I eventually got to exit the car park

The location is excellent and easy to find. On way out several buses were running. On return, the bus was very overloaded as only one bus in operation. A bit concerning. Unfortunately, the information on the booking form for leaving the car park was incorrect. The information said to report to the booking office with entry ticket. The booking office was closed. Another passenger advised just to go to barrier and use ticket but I was to be charged £80 to get out. I reversed away from the barrier and spoke with another driver who advised that the booking office is never open and that I should go to the barrier and press the assistance button. I spoke with an operator who, after checking my booking, was able to clear the car for departure. Booking information needs updating but now that I know what to do I would be happy to park here again.

Although we followed the instructions in the email after our online booking, on return to collect our vehicle the office was unmanned so there was no-one to show our booking reference to, and there was no response to the telephone number on our booking. As a result we had pay a further £125 to exit the car park. Telephone calls to the car park continue to ring out unanswered and there had been no response to our email raising this issue with APH. Although the car park was secure and the transfer good we cannot recommend this car park if our double-payment issue is not resolved.
