“I arrived to find no parking spaces, after circling round 3 times I had to abandon my car at the end of a row as I would miss my plane if I left it longer. Others were circling around looking for spaces too. This parking was really expensive so I am particularly angry about the very stressful start to my business trip.”
“Used APH for Edinburgh airport and no issues.
Booked for Glasgow Airport long stay and seem to have same issue others have had, where the number plate readers don't work and issue a large weekly bill to leave. Guy on the remote service unable to find booking/ recognise booking ref, but when I mentioned it was APH just lifted the barrier.
Other than that, easy to use APH website to check locations and prices, and make a booking, hence 3*”
“False information on confirmation email re entering car park you advise you require to take a ticket!!!! Tickets are no longer used in this car park! On trying to exit the car park, we were advised on screen we were due to pay £185 for length of our stay, on trying to contact the car park controller on 0141 840 1469 this number rings as unobtainable ( again false information on confirmation email!!!) we were then able to speak to a controller via speaker on the exit column, who was dismissive about our booking as we had booked via a third party! Eventually on supplying him with our booking number he decided to lift the barrier some 15 minutes later! Not an experience you want after midnight and a three hour flight! Only 1 star rating as you don't have a zero!”

“Quick process getting booked in, parked easily, bus quick to airport. Upon our return bus was waiting at front door, so easy and quick, but when we tried to leave the barrier machine £155, I was so stressed, caused carnage, had to reverse and call support centre, I gave details about payment and booking reference. I was told to go back to barrier and press help, and they would lift barrier. This process wasn't straight forward as it should have been.”
