“Only 4 Stars due to exit problem. Booked on-line for 14 days. Initial booking was for my Merc but bought a Volvo (different Reg No) 3 weeks before departure. Advised APH on-line of the change of Reg No and Make/Model and received confirmation that all OK. Arrived at Car Park 0300hrs and advised that barrier did not recognise my vehicle and to PAY £230 to allow exit. 20 minutes later Bus Driver arrived and contacted his Control Room. Exited and they advised me that Head Office had not updated my new number to the ANP system.”

Barrier not working on way out caused a bit of stress, and assistance button didn't work. Another park user had to tell me it wasn't me, but the barrier that was gubbed.”
