“The directions from St. James Interchange are not correct. The directions from Glasgow City Centre are correct. Knowing this I was able to guide myself into the Long Stay car park OK, but anyone without the knowledge of the One Way system would be misled by your directions and found themselves heading completely away from this car park. The instructions upon arrival at the car park were not correct - there are no tickets issued now BUT no notice advising this fact. Similarly upon my exiting, I found the same non information. The shuttle bus driver advised me of the change and helped me finding a space to park, so that was very good. I hope that my points will be noted and the appropriate action taken so that future users are not misled, and or delayed.”
“Website needs updated - we expected a ticket & we’re confused at arrival. Had to run across the car park to confirm wirh the operator that we actually didn’t need one.
Bus took ages to pick up upon return
