“Returned at 2 am to find I couldn’t get out of the car park, I prepayed a month in advance and wanted a further 173 pound to get out, I had returned 10 hours before my time was up, after waiting a hole hour trying to find a contact to let me out, place is unmanned and a poor set up, not recommended, don’t need that hassle at 2 in the morning, poor show.”
“Easy to book, but finding a space was not so easy, but very busy, the transfer runs frequently so that was good not hanging around too long either being picked up or dropped off.
The only thing about the transfer is, the racks for cases are very high up, definitely a problem if you have a heavy case, I would have had to stand and hold my case if my son hadn't been there, and he is young and still struggled a bit, This is a health and safety problem”
“I’ve been hospitalised during my holiday and won’t be back until around a week after my parking reservation was set to end. I’ve emailed them, tried to ring but the phone number doesn’t exist anymore and heard nothing from them. Wouldn’t recommend.”
