“Directions and post code are wrong could not find car park had to use another car park which was more expensive very disappointed and no one answers phone number given for APH do not use APH”
“Car was as we left it, perfect. Entry and exit was speedy, perfect. We returned on a Sunday,had to wait for the bus to come back for us as it was full the first time. Not sure if only one bus was running because it was Sunday. Might have been handy if two were running,is our only complaint.”
“First time using this car park. Very straight forward, stress free experience. Easy to book online, easy to find as very close to airport. Upon arrival the bar lifts after reg plate has been read, finding a space was not difficult, it’s a huge car park. Shuttle bus stops located throughout. Which is helpful as you don’t have to walk any distance from car to a stop. Transfer bus arrived within minutes of parking and we were at the airport within a few minutes. Upon return, the bus stop being directly outside the terminal is very convenient, very quickly a bus arrived and again back at the carpark within a few minutes. When leaving the reg place was read , bar lifts and off. Couldn’t be easier and a better experience than other car parks where there can be faffing around with tickets/ speaking to staff or inconvenience with dragging cases to buses or waiting around for them. Would recommend and definitely be using this in future.”
