“Easy process when booked online, drive in, park and wait for the bus for the 3/4 minutes ride to the airport. No need to call when back buses run regularly to and from the airport”
“Convenient location for the airport with rapid transfer to terminal by courtesy bus, but woefully inadequate information about how to access the carpark - the information advised me to take a ticket on entry and use it to raise barrier when leaving, despite the fact that this system has been replaced with ticketless entry for advance bookings. This caused me anxiety when arriving back late at night, and even worse, the contact telephone number supplied was not valid. I should not have to rely on the bus driver for this kind of information”
“No Attendant available and we never got out of the barrier after arriving home We had to call a button and then the barrier was raised Apart from that all good”

“We were told that on exit number plate recognition would also be utilised and no ticket required. On leaving we were held up as were asked for money and then it took some time to get assistance and get through barrier. The car park was booked online months ago.

“When we arrived back to collect our car at 3am the bus driver did not stop at our stop to allow us to get our car. We had to walk through a very dark car park to try and find our car. Would not use this car park again.”
