“When we arrived at the car park we were amazed at the number of cars that were there. We went round and round and eventually found a space. Taking all this into consideration that told me that we are in a good safe place. We then went to get the bus and that saved us walking all the way to the check in office as we thought but the bus that picked us up was the bus that took us to the airport and that we would be bussed back the same way on return. A very pleasant driver both ways and were very helpful to wait for people who were getting their luggage. I think as fast as anything to improve on has been done by the bus instead of getting off then on another bus,

“Went smoothly except that buses do not appear to run every 10 minutes as advertised- more like 15mins. The early morning seemed very busy and the bus I got on was packed whilst staff bus left with only 5 people on it - surely would be sensible to allow others on stag bus if it leaves only 25% full?”
“Great service but on our return flight just missed a bus and had a long wait until another arrived. Would recommend more vehicles in service through the night and car park better illuminated since very dark on our arrival. A toilet facility would also be an advantage.”
