“Although we followed the instructions in the email after our online booking, on return to collect our vehicle the office was unmanned so there was no-one to show our booking reference to, and there was no response to the telephone number on our booking. As a result we had pay a further £125 to exit the car park. Telephone calls to the car park continue to ring out unanswered and there had been no response to our email raising this issue with APH. Although the car park was secure and the transfer good we cannot recommend this car park if our double-payment issue is not resolved.”
