“Everyone was wonderful, I dropped my phone without realising and I asked the driver to help. He radioed back to the car park and my phone was on the next bus round for me.”
“**Glasgow Car Park Review**
I recently used the Glasgow Car Park and found it to be a generally positive experience. The pricing was very reasonable, and the bus service to the airport was efficient, with a constant rotation that ensured I never waited more than five minutes either way.
One point to note is the strict timing policy. Upon my return, I gave myself 40 minutes to exit the car park, but due to a slight delay with my luggage, I ended up leaving six minutes after my booked time. This resulted in a hefty £50 charge. Fortunately, after speaking to a staff member, the charge was waived, but this is something to be aware of, especially in the event of flight delays.
Overall, my experience was okay. The convenience and cost-effectiveness were great, but the potential for additional charges is something to keep in mind.”
“Usual fun trying to find a space to allow door to open fully to accommodate disability getting in & out of car, otherwise fine until the barrier didn't lift up as my reg. wasn't recognised so had to press the button and speak to someone, who eventually let me out.”
“Direction signage poor to find the parking area.
No ticket issued at entrance barrier as stated it would be.
Car not recognised on exit. Had to contact admin for help, meanwhile queue building up behind our car.”
