“No need for a ticket. Automated barriers recognise your license plate and open on your arrival and exit. Plenty of bus shelters in the car park and the bus drives around the car park to pick you up and drop you off. And the pick up/drop off point is right outside the terminal. Will be using this service again.”
“Waited over 20 minutes for bus to tp airport on our departure.
Waited over 25 mins on our arrival.
Could not get out of car park as barrier would not go up. I had amended bt time of departure, I had an email with new time of departure. Unfortunately this didn't get to whoever it should have. After a tense time at I was a abke to give a disembodied voice my ref and barrier was lifted. Some staff were around. Unfortunately they were less than helpful. Over priced for a dreadful service.”
“Really smooth on both departure and arrival. Found a space easily, and the lovely driver stopped the bus (as he'd already passed out closest stop) to tell us what direction to head in, and he would pick us up at another stop. On return, the bus was sitting ready and waiting for us - no hanging about. Great experience.”
“Great that you are so close to the Airport but it was a challenge having to lift suitcases onto the luggage rack with no assistance from the Driver. Would have been nice to offer as he would have seen that I was struggling as my Mother is a Senior Citizen so I had to lift both cases myself.”
