“On booking long stay, 25% discount was supposed to be applied at checkout. it was not.
Arrived at Barrier at allocated time. Registration number not recognised.
On returning to Glasgow airport, waited 25 minutes for bus. insufficient drivers/buses operating.
Unsure which bus stop we where approaching on return to car park. windows clouded up/driver not communicating.
Our flight LS170 was delayed over 24 hours due to adverse weather. Tried to exit car park. Outstanding balance of £125 requested. Eventually employee answered call and raised barrier.”
“You have one major problem there is no signage we could find near/around the car park displaying that APH is included in the NCP long stay car park. Also when we spoke to the shuttle service bus driver if this was the APH car park he told he did not know but to check if when we reached the gate if it would let us in it if it did it was the right one. Allso paperwork showed you have to collect a receipt when you drive in this is no longer needed as it works on car registration for pre paid customers. But apart from the above we found it a very easy car park to use due to the location to the airport. We will use it again next time we fly from Glasgow”
“Well signposted and good bus service to the terminal. It was a nightmare trying to find a parking space though and we had to squeeze the car into a spot that wasn’t really a space. There were plenty staff parking places available though which was frustrating.”
