“Booked over the phone. Very easy and good customer service. Slight panic when I had to leave a note in my windscreen upon parking as hadn’t received my booking ref number. My fault as should have checked my junk email! Would definitely use again.”
“Simple and easy to book online, 2 minute walk from car park to airport terminal. We took our car keys with us and picked up the car on our return. At night have a torch, pen & paper to write on, so you can leave your booking reference on your dash board.”
“The instructions on the email didn't correspond to the instructions on the wall of the carpark. It was all very confusing didnt know if I had parked in the right area so didn't know if I would be clamped. Email stated to use a drop box for keys . No box anywhere. Emailed company and they didn't seem to understand what I was talking about. Would rather pay more in the short stay as less confusing”
