“Poor. Gave 2 stars as it is very near to Exeter terminal.
We arrived at 5.30a.m pitch black & couldn’t find any parking spaces where the emailed instructions are wrong about gaining entry & exit! After a slight panicked, we found a tiny narrow space, although had to clamber out our boot, after having taken out the cases. As we walked out after struggling & failing to find the supposed key drop, we then saw a sign saying to write your booking ref on a piece of paper & leave on dashboard! We didn’t have this so had to take our keys with us not knowing what would greet us when we returned. Thankfully it all seems so run down we exited fine as there was no barrier to this poor state of a car park. The poor van that drive in the car park after us didn’t seem to find a space so no confidence in their booking system & customer service as no one to contact. Wouldn’t use again.”
“Third time but first without staying at Flyparks Exeter Hotel.
Very convenient for the airport and was able to use Tesco vouchers for a useful discount as was away for three weeks.
An issue arose however after arriving. The ground surface was, unusually, solid ice.
We had to drive to the airport and drop off baggage and passengers, flag down assistance to collect driver from car park.
Unlikely to happen often but gritting might be useful if forecast warns of severe frost/ice.”
“Great location close to the terminal just a minutes walk across the road. Used my Tesco reward vouchers so great value. There was a slight confusion when we got there as the website says that you need to tag your keys and leave them in a box. This was not the case as new signs say to leave your booking information on display and take your keys with you. Will definitely use again.”
