“We were told in the paperwork we received that there would be a quick turnaround with a security box to put our keys in and a text message on our return to give us a number to get our keys back .
none of this was true !!! , this was very off-putting to two old people.
we did sort it out eventually, out of interest what happens if there are no spare spaces?”
“Easy to find right next to the airport so only a short walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Car was waiting for us on our return couldn’t be any better.”
“We arrived in the early hours. Found a parking space easily. A little bit of confusion as we thought we had to leave keys (as per the instructions on our booking) but it clearly stated on the signs we needed to take keys with us and leave our booking number on the dash. So we did as asked and headed off to departures which was just a few minutes walk. Our flight back was delayed so texted to let them know. There was a man on duty on our return who said it absolutely wasn't a problem. All in all a great experience and we'll absolutely use the service again.”
