Just to mention we've used twice now and email confirmation says to drop keys and get a code on return for key box BUT on arrival a big sign says to keep your keys (which is easier) but a little confusing at the time(at 4am!). We left printed email on dashboard. As had others.

“We have used fly parks every time we have flown out of Exeter for the past 5 or 6 years. It is SO convenient. This was the very first time I was a little nervous, we know they are now well known locally. We left on a saturday and returned midnight on a Saturday and it all worked fine. We managed to find one last parking bay at the far end when we left the car saturday, there were only 3 spaces which had cones and we were not sure what that meant so we used the last remaining one by the car wash. Saturday 1am when we returned after a long flight it was so easy to see and collect our car and, be home in less than 30 mins. No long walks to find our car in a huge parking lot, no tickets or keys to collect, all very straightforward. Thanks again.”
“The only problem I had was that there was no one there when I arrived.I tried calling the no on the board but it went to voicemail.
On the paperwork I received it stated lock your car and put the keys in the box.there was no box there.Luckily a gentleman came to pick up his car and told me to lock the car and take the car keys with me.Apart from that every thing was fine”
