“This was the 4th time I has parked at mid stay 3 and hadn't noticed they had moved the entrance further down the road so I ended up driving into the old entrance which cost me £6 just to drive around obviously my fault but nobody would answer the tannoy to lift the barrier so I had no alternative but to pay the money”

“Aph brilliant service. But WOW! The signs in the carpark for the exit as confusing as it gets. And we have done enough airport carpark but this one was the 1st time. Its location is great for the short walk and would use again, at least we will have an idea how to get out...”
“had a problem getting into the car park, the barrier did not open and asked to take a token and then the barrier opened. on our return, we drove up to the Barrier and put in the token but nothing happened, then we noticed that it was asking us to put in a credit card and pay £360, we then contacted an assistant via the intercom and advised them that we had pre-booked and after taking my name and car reg he found my booking and finally let us out. I have used this car park several times before and never had this problem. I am also booked in this car park for our June holiday and iI am hoping we do not have the same problem as it is not welcome at 2 AM after a long day and flight.”
