“Everything was easy from booking to arrival - the only issyue I had was when I went to exit the car park on my return - the barrier didn't raise as I appraoched - after a short while I had to press the intercom to speak with someone who then raised the barrier - a little frustrating when all you want to do is get home not to mention the vehicle behind me waiting for me to exit.”
“To be honest I found it a bit of a harrowing experience! We arrived at about 5am for a 7.30am flight and, I know this isn't your fault, but it was teeming down with rain and obviously dark (November). Unfortunately there appeared to be no clear signage for pedestrians to get to the terminal and of course no bus, which we aleady knew of course. The only signs appeared to be great big 'EXIT' signs...which were for drivers to leave the car park with their cars. As far as we could see, bearing in mind the rain and darkness, were some pictures of faded pedestians painted on the ground denoting some sort of walkway...but it wasnt that clear as many were parked over.
I'm sure that in daylight and in better weather conditions we would have discovered the shortest route but as a company you should cater for all conditions - day and night and whatever the weather.
We arrived at the terminal, soaked to the skin...having clearly walked much further than was necessary to find our way out. I was not a good start to our holiday.
It was slightly easier on the way back as it wasn't raining BUT the lack of eye-level pedestrian signage was absent and this does need to be addressed...that is of course if we missed something...perhaps you could advise?”
“This carpark is very easy to find and access. It only takes 5 to 10 minutes to reach the terminal depending on your level of fitness. We are in our late 70's and it took 7 minutes. The cost was excellent.”
“Car park was difficult.to exit as Exit signs not clear parked cars made it difficult to manoeuvre round exit ways also exit barriers not working poorly lit as well”
“The car park was very easy to find but not that easy to access even trying to use the QR code due to my private number plate. 3 times now had to phone then we get a different excuse not able to read the plate even though its all normal font. Then we have same problem with the cameras when trying to exit, then having to ring control room due to no exit coin issued on entry.”
