“Entry to the car park was good with number plate recognition. The problem was when we tried to get out of the car park late at night, the number plate recognition was not working, all four cars at the barrier had to call for assistance to get the barrier open, costing a fair amount of time when you just want to get home after flying for over four hours and then waiting for luggage”
