“The EXIT signs need to be more clearly displayed. Additionally, markings on road to exit must be clearly marked. I followed arrows to EXIT and the arrows directed me round the route towards the entry. When I eventually ignored the road markings and went straight on, I managed to get to the Exit.
A large clearly displayed and illuminated EXIT sign above the exit gates is absolutely required.”
“As far as I was aware I had booked everything OK however I was 24 hrs late on my return for this I was charged £20 I find this unfair and will not be using mid stay 3 again”
“Easy to park only a few minutes away from the terminal. Minor problem trying to leave. Pressed the help button and was immediately answered. After a couple of security questions, the problem was sorted. The man on the phone was most courteous and I will definitely use this car park again. Thank you”
