Easy to book. Hassle free entry and exit of car park and not a bad price either

5 minute walk to terminal. Straight forward to find, easy access and exit. Only down side would be parking spaces can be a little tight, but would definitely use again.

Hassle free process, car park is a couple of hundred meters from departures so no waiting for shuttle buses

All went to plan except for the slightly incorrect arrival instructions. According to the information and I'm sure previous experience causes the barrier to raise on reading my car number plate. Instead I had to accept a plastic token to raise the barier. No great problem, I just wondered why ? On leaving the car park after flight arrival the barrier was permanently up which in itself is a trifle concerning in case it had decided to close while I was driving through it. Also from a car security aspect this is less than ideal. I just wish you'd sort things like this out.

Very easy to book, select your date and time of arrival and departure, allow for early arrival or late departure. Once booked drive up to barrier which automatically opens, find a space -no problem- Park. Walk or bus it to airport, enjoy holiday, come back to car drive to barrier which will lift automatically if you have input the correct details and off you go. There is a help button at the barrier coming in or out if you need it.

Good location to the building. However, we struggled to exit on departure! The instructions clearly said to just drive up to the barrier and it would open, it didn’t. We couldn’t find a call button on the machine, so tried contacting APH but they aren’t open outside of working hours. The next people had the same problem. Eventually, after several minutes, they managed to get the barrier opened, no idea how. Then it opened for us thankfully. It was a very bad experience; late at night, after a 4 hour flight in the cold and rain. It should be much clearer if we needed to press a call button. You should give more information on your directions, we felt stranded. We also had a similar experience at Birmingham airport in 2023. Not good enough.

I would not recommend this if you have hold luggage. It is 5 minutes walk to the terminal buildings and involves crossing roads several times and zig-zagging around a number of other obstacles. There was a trolley park nearby (£1) and we took one expecting it to make the baggage easier to move. WRONG! The 4 castor trolley had a mind of it's own and was a nightmare! Impossible to wheel in a straight line and nearly ended up under a bus at one stage. Would never use this again but I'm sure would be ok if only taking hand luggage. CH
