“Easy to book online and well signposted as you enter the airport. ANPR lifts the barrier to allow entry and easy to find a parking space. Well lit and just a short 5 minute walk to the departure terminal. On return barrier automatically opens and you are quickly on your way. Easy to use and fairly close to terminal.”
“Close to terminal so easy access. However very busy when we stayed and not many free spaces. Barrier didn't lift for our exit so had to call for help, quality of the intercom is poor so hard to hear the operator.”
“Easy access, a bit of a problem as it didn’t read our number plate so gave us a coin, then tried to charge us when we left even though we had pre booked, which was soon sorted when we pressed the button for assistance although the lady was quite sharp in her tone of voice so not the best customer service”
