“Car parking spaces need to be wider as when we arrived we parked next to a car in the next space. Came back from holiday and a large commercial van was parked in the space next to our car with no room for my husband to use the drivers door. Too big a vehicle to fit into the parking space. It is classed as a Car Park 3 so was unsure why it had been granted authority to use it for parking?
Also for the second time of using this car park this year, we arrived back late in the evening from our flight and the barrier did not automatically lift as I'm assuming did not recognise our registration plate. We had to ring through on the telecom provided - which took a long time to be answered - before the barrier was lifted. Possibly need better lighting for the registration to be seen?”
