Also I'm still waiting for a reply to my 16/6/2023 email regarding me not going through the car barrier lane on exiting, instead I took the bus lane Just want you to confirm my car has been log out and I wont be charged as Im still there due to this error”
“Booked online and everything worked as expected. Buses were on time and drivers friendly enough. Some of the ground was a little rough making it difficult to pull cases. But overall pretty good.”
“Used Jet Park 2 quite a lot its easy to get to and buses regularly. This time is the only time we've had driver let people going to airport on bus with people departing. We had to move 13 suitcases to get to ours so we could get of bus .Apart from this 1 experience i would certainly recommend them”

“It's always very easy with number plate recognition - generally. We had to book an earlier flight on our departure and I was pleased to not have to pay an additional charge, for it being earlier in the day.
For whatever reason, when we arrived back, the cars in front couldn't raise the barrier and it resulted in the chap in front of me physically removing the barrier, otherwise I think we might've been there all night.
