“Easy to find using sat nav, straightforward parking procedure and prompt shuttle bus arrival to the airport. Equally simple return process. All good!”
“Quite straightforward. Buses run about every 15mins. We did not wait long on the way to the airport. No wait at all on the way back but the bus was full and we were the last stop off.
People had to struggle to get off the bus with their luggage as people were standing. No assistance for the luggage like APH carparks. As I have mobility issues next time will book a car park nearer even though its a walk as dont have to lift cases as can be pulled along.”
“No problem entering the car park and finding a space, bus service and quick and prompt, not far from the main terminal at all. Return journey was just as easy.
Only difference to this car park compared to others is you have to put your own suitcases in the storage on the bus, previously with another company this was strictly done by the driver due to insurance purposes. Overall would use again”
“Very good our flight was cancelled by the airline and we were 2 days late but we were not charged extra. Great news after a harrowing flight home and having to pay through the nose for everything.
Will certainly use again.”
“Easy to find No hassle parking Coming back there were several flights all at same time (1am) so the bus was packed and journey chaos and took half hour to finally get to JP2 At busy times need a separate bus for JP1 and JP2?”
“Easy booking, fair price, regular transfer bus. Only -ves Jet parks 1 + 2 entrances are next to each other and signage to JP2 not clear at 3am! Had to u turn in entrance for JP1, not easy with other cars waiting to enter. It was a busy time an bus was crowded with insufficient space for all the cases. Service frequency needs to be increased at busy times, otherwise wait ti.es can be 40 mins, impacting check in times.”
“Yes it’s a bit further out but the buses run frequently and plenty of places to park. Just make sure you know which carpark you want when you land as some people kept saying long stay 2 jet parks and they are 2 separate car parks. Long stay 2 and jet parks 2. It was also a lot cheaper than the other car parks”
