“Have used APH for years, at Birmingham and East Midlands, and always been very pleased. However this time I was obliged to pay a surcharge at the barrier in order to exit. This apparently was due to an overstay due to a flight change. I am confused - APH require the return flight number upon booking, so why is that if nobody keeps an eye on the flights for possible changes and deal with any issues before the vehicle is collected? Not very happy this time.”
“If your drivers call out Jet parks 1 bus stop 1, then bus stop 2 fine. however when they go into jet parks2 and dont say jet parks 2 stop 3. People who arrive in the middle of a dark morning do not know that the bus has gone into parks 2 via an other route and then are driving bact to the airport pick up point.
