This is poor,the signage for jet parks 2 was very poor we struggled in the dark the signs are too small, we had to wait quite a long time for the transfer bus,there is no assistance to lift heavy cases into the bus storage racks so cases were left in the bus aisle.
When we use APH at Manchester sharlston ind eat the drivers always help with cases, so to sum up we would try and avoid East Midlands airport parking”
“More passenger seats than suitcase racking on buses.
Lower racks not high enough for larger suitcases. Found it difficult to lift large cases on higher racks
Buses very regular, didnt have to wait long on departure or arrival.”
“The car park is not easy to find and the post code sends you to a different location.
Plenty of space. It’s stated there is a coach transfer every 15mins but we had to wait 30mins and some had been waiting longer than that. We parked near bus stop 4 which is the last one, but when the bus did arrive it was full, so had to squeeze us all one with the driver shouting at people to move down the bus, but there wasn’t any where to move to.
The pick up was a lot easier, it was waiting for us right outside the terminal, and we were on our way in the car in about 20mins.
But your can’t argue with the price. So you pay for what you get.”
