“Whole process is very easy, from paying for your parking on-line to arriving at the car park and having the barrier recognise your registration plate and automatically rise to let you in.
Remember or write down which bus stop you are nearest to so on your return you find your car easily. Drive up to the barrier and again it recognises your registration plate and opens to let you out. Easy!

“Firstly, as said by some other reviewers, it was 3 am and dark and the sign was faded and very hard to see but we knew where it was as we had been before. I like Jet Parks 2 because the spaces are quite big especially if you have a big car. This could be because there is no tarmac but rough gravel and in a way that helps. It is not obvious where there might be spaces free so you have to drive around looking for one which took quite a while so allow a bit of extra time. When leaving there appeared to be 2 options to exit but the middle barrier did not work. I reversed and tried the 1st barrier and it did so. Be aware the middle one is probably for the buses. All in all a good experience and I would use them again. I needed to amend my booking as the flight time had completely changed. Again beware if this happens it is better to cancel and re-book. I amended it and although confirmed when I logged in nothing seemed to have changed. I then remembered I had done this in the past and had problems so better safe than sorry just start again.”
“Returning bus was a joke, people piling on when there was still loads of us trying to get off the bus to pick our cars up , they all had to get off to let us off , absolute chaos, we will never use again”
