“Easy to park with plenty of spaces and great value . Simply park collect token for departure and await courtesy bus to the terminal . Simple easy and effective.”
“We always use either jet parks 1 or 2 for our holiday parking when travelling from East Midlands airport, my only criticism is please make it more obvious which exit is for the buses and which one is for cars other than that, the parking is secure, convenient, great price.”
“It was good going in, but coming home the barrier would not go up & I had to ring an operator to raise the barrier for me. The same thing happened to the car that was in front of me in the queue. The buses were efficient and were on time”
“The signage to the car park was so faded that I couldnt see it and I first had to turn round outside DHL. The car park is a. bit rough and ready and again signage is poor to follow the correct route around the car park.
Once parked up however, I noted my car park and bus stop number, waited 15 minutes and got the bus to the drop off point.
On arrival back at EMA after my trip, I had no problems getting the bus back even though it was 3am. My only issue was that the NPR did not work and I couldnt get out the car park. I thought I must be at the wrong exit so drove around the car park again trying to follow the exit signs on the road. I ended up at the same place. Still the barrier would not lift. It was dark and foggy and I the lighting at the car park station was not very clear. I struggled to see and had to use my phone flashlight. The call button at eluded me at first but eventually I found it (more by luck than judgement - but it was 3am). Once someone answered the call I was "released" from the car park. The whole process could be a bit clearer especially as I am a solo female traveller of a certain age.
All in all - a success but could be made a bit clearer”
