“I have only given this 3 starts as the exit of the car park was a nightmare as the cameras had failed and there were no out-of-hours numbers to call and was stuck for 30+ minutes.”
“Overall the parking experience went well once we'd found the correct park. The car was ok when we returned as far as I could see. The only problem was on our return, there was a huge queue for the bus, which meant many of us had to wait for it to return in the dark, rain and wind at 1.30/40a.m. Those who had to wait were huddled into the little shelter and it was only the kindness of the driver of the long stay car park bus, that meant we weren't there an hour, as I spotted 'our' bus somewhere in the region of where our car was parked in Jet Parks 2, presumably on his way back. On the online booking form it says the wait should be 10-15 mins but it said 20 mins at the bus stop & we must have waited at least 40 mins that night.”
“This was a well priced car park which is very easy reach of airport about 5 to 10 mins.Only issue we had was returning in middle of night so dark and driver couldn't say where we needed to get of in car park,so went to final stop qnd walked to our car,but not a big issue”
