“Very convenient parking and the bus was there straight away. Really easy to book and get there. However, the car had a scrape/dent on the door and we reported this but they said they would not look into it and to report to the police who also said they would not look into it. The service is not good enough, the cars should be secure and protected.”
“OK but had problems finding the car. Bus driver helped us. We thought we were in Jet 2 car park but we're in car park 2. Perhaps number confusion after a long flight. Maybe unique numeral for each car park would help.”
“It wasn't signposted very well and when we returned to the car park on the bus, the car park wasn't lit well, and we couldn't see which car park or which letter we were at.
The driver could have announced which car park or letter we were at, as it led to a lot of confusion amongst passengers.”
