Made the mistake of driving into the wrong meet and greet but was quickly resolved very prompt service would recommend to others

Would not reccomend A.P.H meet and greet unless you have used it before. The information given was confusing. As instructed we rang half an hour before arrival, and were given no further instruction. We arrived at short stay 1 and the barrier did not go up so we buzzed the button for assistance, the operator did not sound he was expecting us, but took our booking ref and told us to take a token we asked where from and he just said press the button. Then the barrier was lifted so we parked in bay C. next to ticket machine. I put token in machine and paid 6 pounds on my debit card, then we took our luggage went through security and then got a phonecall from A.P.H operator to ask where we were. I explained we were in airport and he said they needed key to the car or we would have to pay 200 pounds on return from our holiday ! This caused a lot of distress. We then had to ask the security supervisor for help to return to the car, after several phonecalls he managed to get a holiday rep to escort me back to the car which didn't end up straightforward either. Almost 45 mins later I handed the key over and the driver said I needed to pay. I explained I had paid on arrival but he said that because some time had lapsed I needed to pay again, so he put a token in and I then had to pay another 12 pounds... A total of 18 pounds. On return I rang to say we had landed and were getting our bags, to be told to ring again when we had our bags and make our way back to short stay 1, and another 6 pounds out of pocket. It was dark so when we checked our car next morning the wheels and arches absolutely caked in white mud. Obviously we had used this service to save a little money as we normally use the airport meet and greet which is very straightforward. Definetly won't be using again. some pointers for customers new to this service is the information should be a lot clearer and the customer should not have to ring operator several times giving updates on when they will be at the meeting point.

I arrived at meet & greet it wasn’t there, I had to reverse and drive into short stay 1 row C to be met by a guy, he charged me a further £12 to take my car on and off site (which I wasn’t aware of) and then had to walk as far as the other car parks to the terminal ( we only choose the meet and greet to be near terminal as just had a knee replacement) when we returned it was dark, we had to wait for car to arrive, when it did, it was absolutely filthy, my car has NEVER been so dirty, so I now have to pay to have it cleaned too. Will NEVER use this again!

Expected it to run as smoothly as the East Mids meet and Greet but it didn't, we didn't realise we had to phone ahead to advise of our arrival so this delayed the service once arrived took to drop off point and was advised this would be where we would be picked up, this wasn't the case we had to go back to main car park driver took some time to arrive even though we had phoned ahead, driver left without explaining the blue badge exit procedure so we got stuck at the gate and had to call for assistance also didn't realise we had to pay an extra £6 on arrival and exit which increased the overall price of the service so any discount given was eaten up by the extra costs
