“Couldn’t fault the drop off and pick-up, very efficient, however wasn’t aware that we would have to pay £6 on departure and £6 on arrival for the ‘drop and go’ car park. My car was kept in what I can only describe as waste land. I only knew this as my car has onboard cameras. Although my car came back fairly clean my wife’s car was dirty outside and had muddy footprints inside. Luckily my car is a company car, however if I had spent £60k of my own money on the car I would be concerned about where it was parked.”
“I was a bit confused on arrival as to what to do, but eventually managed to contact my driver. Coming back, I’d managed to get the wrong arrival time, but again on phoning driver, he was very helpful and got my car back to me as quickly as he could, so very happy. Thank you.”
“Very disappointing service. On arrival only a 5 minute wait (good) but then asked for £6 to pay drop off charge, only had £10, so he said would leave change. He didn’t.
On arrival had to make 5 phone calls. They said our battery was flat and then discovered were trying to bring the wrong car. Took over 45 mins to get car back.
Why does the airport allow this company to advertise on their parking website.
Do not use them - especially as you need to add £12 to their charge for the drop and go!”
“Delay on collection unable to contact rang several times and left messages, eventually got through and vehicle was collected, unfortunate but rectified. Have been offered a partial refund . So have yet to see if that transpires staff were very polite.”
“Everything went well and driver met us on time and dropped car off on time..My only complaint is that I had to give the driver £6 to exit the drop off car park..And when car was dropped back off to me I then had to pay another £6 to get out..There was no mention of this when booking the service online..It needs to be made clear of all the costs”
