“First of all, they made me pay for parking upon entry and drop off upon exit, even though I had paid for parking. This is not available anywhere else and I have used many others. After we returned to the parking lot, we waited 40 minutes outside in the cold for them to tell me to pick up my car. I will never use their services again.”
“All good service from booking car parking to collecting the car upon return. Only point I was a bit concerned over was the fact we had no reciept for car or car key when dropping the car off. Could have been anyone as no identity off assistant was offered, didn't even ask my name as far as I can remember. Wasn't till later it dawned on me, so partly my fault as well. Apart from that very happy with service.”
“Arriving was no problem at all. On return, they were a driver short due to illness which meant a 40 minute delay. No problem, we just sat in the terminal building & received a call when our car was on its way. Otherwise very good.”
