“25-minute wait to drop the car off. 20-minute wait to pick the car up. Would have been faster to use one of the cheaper car parks that pick up/drop off in a minibus, I won't be using again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.”
“No problems encountered, communication with them was good as we were running late they checked we were still arriving. Collection took 20 mins from phone call to arriving to drop back off.
Car was exactly as I left it with them.”
“It was my first experienc to use Forge Meet and Greet. Obviously I was quite nervous but everything went extremely well. The service is quite efficient and they respond to your calls very quickly which is really great and helpful specially if you are nervous about things going wrong at the last minute. Before travelling to airport, I had called them to say that I wished to arrive 30 minutes before my actual booking and the person said that it was not a problem. Same happened on my return as I wanted my car to be available soon after I had landed instead of waiting for another hour as per my booking. The person met me within 5 minutes of my arrival at the Drop and Go and did not take long to bring my car on my return too. As they meet you at the Drop and Go, you are required to leave £6 in cash in the car when you drop the car and then you need to pay £6 yourself (you can use your card) when you exit the Drop and Go at the Bristol Airport (so please keep this cost in mind as this is an additional cost not shown on the original booking). Overall I had a positive experience and happy to recommend others to use their service. Wishing Forge Meet and Greet everyone reading my review all the best.”
“I selected this parking at bristol and its really disappointed me as they don't care about people car when I gave them it was very clean and when i get that car back its very dirty and from inside its smelling very bad I don’t know where they park my car , I don’t feel that car are safe their because my experience with them is worst I use many parking in Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton but I never get this type of thing so very disappointed with this car park.”
“Simple and efficient, was there within 5 minutes of calling the number. You do have to add on £12 to exit the drop off zone. This is mentioned in the terms after you have paid so perhaps this should be made clearer before payment is made or added to the costs.”
“We have always used Meet and Greet however our recent experience was dreadful from Bristol airport. We had to drive to a hotel and catch a mini bus to the airport which was not so bad but not meet and greet. On arrival back into the UK we were told that they were too busy to bring our cars so again we had to stand in the rain and wait for 30 minutes to then get a mini bus back to the hotel. I would prefer to have parked my car than paid for a service that I did not receive”
