“We called 30 mins before arrival when we got to airport they were waiting for us on return we only waited 5 mins would definitely be using the forge parking again”
“Despite being 5-10 mins late for drop off and calling you to inform you of this. I had to drive to a destination away from airport. Instructions were not clear. Then met on telephone call with hotel owner who was extremely rude.
Walked across the road to pub in the rain as directed. It Was an awful start to what should have been a relaxing holiday.
Then on arrival back to Bristol after the holiday, no one was there waiting with my car, despite me being told initially that you would track the flight arriving in.
Then after calling you x2 I was told I had to wait a further 15mins. Again a not pleasant return home.
I would not recommend this service.”
“I arrived early at airport after calling to let them know. Told to arrive quarter hour before prearranged time. On arrival told to wait until due time and rather rudely. On return, had to wait a long time as result of queue to get into drop and pick up area. Bristol airport not suited to this type of service but lots of empty CARPARK adjacent but not in use. This would make a difference.”
