“There weren't enough employees; I had to wait both to drop off and pick up my car. But the worst part was when I called to pick up the car and they told me to call. It seemed like an automated message saying to call when you're in the parking lot. And I said, "But I'm already here." Then began the long wait. The scheduled time slot doesn't work; I had to wait.My car was more than an hour late at night in the cold with two small children, and he said I was only keeping an eye on it because I can't let you know when I'll arrive with your car. It was a nightmare, a lack of organization; they were going back and forth and saying, "We're busy in 20 minutes." Meanwhile, the other companies that pick up passengers and take them to the location were operating very well. So...I recommend that when you are busy, at least give people the option of taking them to where the car is, since you have a van. This could have saved a lot of time.”
