It would be helpful if the £7 exit charge for Bristol airport car pick up was added in the cost as it was difficult to find cash for it. Though it was mentioned in the confirmation email, it’s easy to forget it while trying to get to the airport. Clearer Instructions on where to wait at the drop & go area would have been helpful.”

“Our driver was very annoyed that I called to request my car, despite having given Forge the exact time I would be arriving weeks in advance. He was late and his attitude was poor. I wrote a long complaint to Forge detailing everything that happened, never heard back. Awful service, I will never use them again and advise everyone I know not to use them.”

“Badly let down. Drop off was fine, although we didn’t receive clear instructions as to where to meet the driver, just the drop and go, which was busy and large, we had to wait several minutes despite ringing half hour before with our exact ETA. The collection was way worse, we paid for meet and greet to save us time, as landing in the early hours of a Monday morning, only to be told there was a 45 min to hour wait because they were busy! I’m not sure if a driver let them down, but as they have the flight details they should of known how many cars/timings in advance. The only driver on shift was clearly working his hardest and apologetic but I won’t be using them again.”
