“Far too busy, had to queue for 30 minutes to hand our keys in and then another 20 minutes for bus. Allow plenty of time if flying from Bristol. Had to queue again for 30 minutes when we arrived home to get bus back to car park, On a positive the collection of key was quite speedy and car was fine when we got back and in the same space that we originally parked it.”
“This was my worst experience of the silver zone after using it for a number of years. I arrived at the drop key drop off at 0330 for 0615 flight on 12/06/22. On arrival it was difficult to find a parking space, and at the drop off centre the queue was all around the building. It took 50 minutes to drop off the keys with few staff and three of the automatic key pads not working. The was no explanation. As a result I did not get to departure building until after 4.30. I was at the back of long queues and I was was a long way from security when I saw my flight was boarding on my phone. I had not asked and was put to the front of the queue I would have missed my flight. This all stated because of the poor service at the car key drop off. I will not use this again and use other forms of transport to the airport.”
“I was not best pleased when I followed the postcode supplied for silver zone parking. This took me into the airport drop off zone and I had pay a £5 charge at the barrier to get out”
“Disgusting length of time in queues to hand car keys into reception and then again waiting for bus to take you to the airport i have used silver zone for many years at lease twice a year and i am will not be using this car park again”
