“Very efficient service both dropping off and picking up with friendly, humorous staff members. The bus took a long time to arrive (30 minute wait) after the flight landed but believe that was due to the timing and the road being gridlocked with busy traffic.”
“Digital machines are ok but I would rather talk to a human when dropping the keys off.( as we had to anyway as our airport did not appear on the screen).

“Excellent customer experience. Far better than a few years ago. Clear signage and instructions . Our flight home was delayed and we arrived at 2:30am. Our call for collection was answered immediately, picked up within minutes and we were away within 5 minutes from the Silver Zone. After a tiring and stressful day this level of service was very welcome. Highly recommended.”
