“Had to check in at 3.50am for our flight so dark when travelling . Postcode for silver zone car parking is the main terminal so no where nearer the parking so it took me through the drop off zone which we had to pay 5 pounds to get back out . Trued several times to ring car park office that I had been given but no one answered for help for directions .
The trouble was none of the boards for silver zone was illuminated or lit up with lights so couldn’t see them because it was dark and was told to follow signs !! All great in day light.
Never thought I was going to find car park and thinking we were going to miss our flight so stressed out before we got to airport !!
