The automated key drop off and collection works incredibly well, likewise the courtesy bus service which takes you from the car park building and drops you at the front door of the terminal, great when you have heavy cases.”
“It was an awful experience, we had to walk quite a distance in the v cold weather to get the bus .
We were then squashed in like sardines. When we got to the car park , the car was at the back of beyond .
